1) downloaded *Debian* Package iucode-tool
2) installed it via: dpkg -i iucode-tool.deb
3) apt install intel-microcode
from std Devuan repo

Everything looks fine, incl. spectre-meltdown checks!

IMHO this bug could be fixed importing/merging the package iucode-tool into
Devuan std repo.
