Hi, 

thanks for your request. It would be great if you could take care of
importing the package in Devuan and maintain it, especially if you are
a user of fcron. Packaging for Devuan is not hard (a minimal
introduction is provided here:
https://dev1galaxy.org/viewtopic.php?id=549).

I will modify the severity of this report to "wishlist" though,
knowing that wishes can become true if we nurture them ;)

fcron is a very nice and mature cron replacement with extended functionality.
It has been removed from the Debian repos apparently because systemd
provides similar functionality.  That is a bad reason for removing
packages from Debian and a very good reason to provide a Devuan specific
